Due to a significant phase of construction activity, they are looking to appoint experienced Site Managers on a freelance basis for a long-term assignment expected to last around 18 months.

Your new role

As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.
Key responsibilities will include:

Managing subcontractors and coordinating trades on site
Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained at all times
Monitoring progress against programme and reporting to senior site management
Conducting site inspections, quality checks and toolbox talks
Liaising with clients, consultants and the wider project team
Driving productivity and ensuring works are delivered to the required quality standards
Supporting the successful delivery of a large-scale, technically challenging project
