Your new role
As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing subcontractors and coordinating trades on site
- Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained at all times
- Monitoring progress against programme and reporting to senior site management
- Conducting site inspections, quality checks and toolbox talks
- Liaising with clients, consultants and the wider project team
- Driving productivity and ensuring works are delivered to the required quality standards
- Supporting the successful delivery of a large-scale, technically challenging project
What you’ll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Site Manager on large construction projects
- A strong track record of managing subcontractors and site teams
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and hands-on approach to site management
- Experience with major build projects would be advantageous
